Your role in our shared journey

Located at our Madrid office, we are seeking a Brand Trainer to join our Marketing department.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

- Follow the activity plan agreed with Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the territories assigned.
- Provide high-quality training to stores' staff and support all the activities assigned such as Sales support, basics Visual Merchandising activities, support Marketing initiatives, including interacting with customers. Contribute to maximize direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
- Explain the engaging brand history, culture, and values of the company.
- Be perceived as an expert, including understanding competitive products and technologies.
- Focus on creating a Caregiver culture and strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.



Report all the activities by using the templates & tools provided.
- Ensure being up to date in all the knowledge required to be excellent in the activities assigned.

You Have The Following Experience And Skills

- University Degree or Diploma in Sport science and physical activity or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of professional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and/or Marketing.
- Spanish Native. Professional competency in English.
- Driving license.
- Learning and teaching skills.
- Planning skills.
