Role Description The Director role at The Brave Ones is a full-time remote position responsible for leading strategic recruitment initiatives and strengthening client relationships across global markets. The Director will oversee service delivery, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored talent solutions for technology and related sectors. Typical responsibilities include setting performance goals, guiding consultants, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that recruitment strategies reflect the company’s values-based approach to talent alignment.

The Director will also contribute to business development,



support the expansion of the global talent network, and continuously improve processes to enhance client and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search, ideally within Technology, E-commerce, Consumer Electronics, Media, or Telecom sectors.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience handling mid to senior-level mandates.
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including setting targets, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Comfort working remotely with strong self-organization, time management, and digital collaboration skills.
- Experience working with integral teams and familiarity with international recruitment practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
