Job Description

As General Manager of SLS Residences Infantas Madrid, you will lead the opening and day-to-day success of our first standalone SLS residence in Spain. More than overseeing operations, you will shape a bold, refined and highly personalised residential experience where service feels effortless, community feels vibrant, and every detail reflects the spirit of SLS.

What you’ll do…

- Lead the homeowner journey end to end.

You oversee every stage of the residential experience, from handover and welcome to daily living, community integration and long-term homeowner satisfaction.

- Deliver exceptional residential service standards

You bring SLS service promise to life through clear procedures, elevated standards, and thoughtful training, and ensure a consistently distinctive and anticipatory homeowner experience.

- Build trusted homeowner relationships, support HOA governance and alignment.

You serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, creating lasting relationships built on empathy, discretion, responsiveness, and personalised care. Working closely with the Homeowners Association (HOA), you ensure transparent communication, compliance with bylaws, and active participation in community governance.

- Oversee all residential operations and drive a seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional residential service standards.

With you onboard, you bring SLS service promise to life,



and the residence will run smoothly across all departments, and also with external providers, delivering integrated residential operations. Our guest won’t see the backstage of the show.

- Own financial performance.

With your Director of Finance, you manage budgets, control costs, optimise resources and monitor performance with a sharp commercial mindset, while always protecting service excellence and homeowner satisfaction.

- Lead, inspire and develop your team.

You recruit, mentor and empower a high-performing team which goes through fostering a culture of accountability, warmth, and excellence in a residential environment.

- Champion health, safety, and security within the residence.

You make sure to align with local regulations and brand expectations, you guarantee the peace of mind for residents.

- Create meaningful local connections & bring the community to life.

You act as an ambassador of the residence within Madrid, you curate exclusive local partnerships and bespoke lifestyle offerings to enrich residents everyday living, foster connection, and express the unique energy of SLS living.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to

- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience within ultra-luxury standalone residences, high-end residential environments, serviced apartments, or private members’ clubs.
- A proven ability to deliver elevated, intuitive and highly personalized service, with a strong track record of building trusted relationships with high-net-worth homeowners and residents.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, optimizing resources and driving operational excellence within a luxury environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the presence, confidence and emotional intelligence to engage effortlessly with homeowners, teams,



partners and executive stakeholders.
- A natural leader with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop and unite cross-functional teams in a dynamic, detail-driven and service-focused setting.
- Strong command of property management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, with the agility to navigate both operational detail and strategic oversight.
- Solid experience in luxury residential living or similarly refined lifestyle environments, with a strong understanding of what defines exceptional service beyond a traditional hotel setting.
- Good knowledge of the local luxury market, including resident expectations, premium service providers and the competitive landscape shaping high-end living in Madrid.
- Sound understanding of HOA governance, residential compliance and the legal frameworks that support seamless and well-managed community living.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead complex initiatives, balance multiple stakeholders and bring ambitious openings or enhancements to life with precision.
- Multilingual skills are a distinct advantage, reflecting the international profile of the resident community.
