Are proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level English

Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment

Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' need

39 hours/week permanent contract

- Schedule: rotative Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00
- Excellent office location in Barcelona
