Bespoke Crew Recruitment is seeking a First Mate for a 35m+ J-Class superyacht. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong offshore and race sailing experience, and solid engineering knowledge.
The candidate should be comfortable sharing crew spaces during charter and be prepared for a dynamic regatta program including 2027 events. The adecuado candidate will bring 3–4+ years in elite sailing environments, a Yachtmaster Offshore/Ocean qualification, and EU/UK passport eligibility for cruising
