Ethos is seeking an experienced brand and creative director to help train an AI language model on professional document tasks. This fully remote, versátil role asks for 5+ years of leadership in brand strategy or creative direction for consumer brands, agencies, or in-house teams.

You will produce and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows. The position offers 5–20 hours per week with a remote schedule and ASAP start.
