Beachescolas offers a role focused on delivering learning values while ensuring student safety along the beach, dining room, activities, and excursions. A monitor should be creative, proactive, and capable of planning and improvising, with a positive attitude to keep the group engaged.
The team is young and active, with opportunities to grow, take on real challenges, and learn different nautical activities across the company.
