Senior QA Test Automation Engineer - AI-Driven

We are looking for a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer who combines strong coding and automation skills with practical experience using AI agents in quality engineering.

Working within Agile teams, you will collaborate with developers, product managers and fellow QA engineers to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You will contribute to the automation strategy and build reliable testing solutions that support confident releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Create and maintain automated UI, REST API,



integration and end-to-end tests.
- Improve test coverage, execution speed and maintainability.
- Investigate test failures, identify root causes and eliminate flaky tests.
- Develop reusable components and promote quality engineering best practices.
- Perform exploratory testing and system-level validation.
- Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize test execution through parallelization, test selection and workflow improvements.
- Contribute to quality gates that provide fast, reliable feedback before releases.
- Use AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, to generate, refactor, optimize and maintain automation code.
- Apply AI-assisted approaches to test case generation, test data creation, failure investigation and risk-based testing.

Required Experience and Skills
