Fortra is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Spain to partner with customers, drive product adoption, and build lasting relationships. You’ll align customer goals with our cybersecurity solutions, guide health, and success planning while coordinating with sales, product, and services teams.
In this role, you’ll manage onboarding through renewal, monitor health metrics, and proactively address risks. Occasional travel will be required to visit customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
