securing high-quality content and locally relevant channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Content & Channel Strategy: Execute the content acquisition and FAST channel carriage strategy, ensuring a diverse and compelling slate that meets audience and business objectives.Negotiate & Close Deals: Manage the full lifecycle of content licensing and/or FAST channel carriage agreements, with major studios, distributors, rights holders, and third-party FAST channel providers.Liaise with internal departments — Legal, Finance, BI, Programming, Marketing, Media Sales, and Operations — to ensure deals are implemented accurately and all obligations and goals are met.Rights Management: Oversee complex content agreements, including title configurations, release windows, territories, languages, and rights exploitation.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in content licensing, acquisition, or distribution, ideally within AVOD and/or FAST environments — either acquiring or distributin
