Role Description
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. Day-to-day tasks include defining strategy, setting goals, and making operational and financial decisions to ensure sustainable growth. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with suppliers, partners, and clients. The owner will supervise staff, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. This position also includes identifying new business opportunities, evaluating risks, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management roles.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.
- Ability to lead teams, manage performance,



and build an inclusive, respectful workplace.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capacity to analyze data, solve problems pragmatically, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with local business regulations and best practices in governance and compliance.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area and engaging directly with staff and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
- Proficiency in relevant productivity tools and basic digital business systems (e.g., office suites, accounting software).
- Language skills in Spanish and/or Catalan, and English, are advantageous for regional and international interactions.
