multinational company in the chemical industry is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the growth of its Home Care business across Southern Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.Reporting

to the General Manager, you will be responsible for thecommercia

l development of the territory, combining strategic salesplanning,

business development and strong customer relationshipmanagemen

t.

nsibilities• Develop

and deliver short- and medium-term sales plans andbudgets.•

Drive s

ales growth and gross margin across the assigned markets.• Identif

y new business opportunities and convert leads, samplerequests

and prospects into sales.• Build a

nd maintain strong customer relationships through regularface-to-f

ace visits.• Coordin

ate customer development projects and marketing initiatives.• Manage

territory priorities, forecasts, product requirements andcustomer





performance.• Monitor

market trends, competitors, opportunities and potentialbusiness

risks.• Present

and recommend products to customers, providing aconsultat

ive and technically informed approach.• Provide

guidance, training and support to agents and distributorswhen requ

ired.• Work cl

osely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Productionand Distr

ibution teams to resolve complex commercial matters andensure ex

cellent customer service.
