Job Description
Job Purpose
- Establish commercial strategies for clients.
- Develop new services and products.
- Technical advice to clients / Formulation.
- The work will be in Layers and additives.
- Development of key accounts, mainly in Layer farming.
- Support work with poultry farming teams.
- Coordination of these technical teams.
- International development within the group.
- Activity at national level.
- Management and availability of all company tools.
- The position offers short-term professional development to higher-level management positions.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop the Layers area in Spain.
- Lead negotiations in the Animal Nutrition field: premix, additives, enzymes and biosecurity.
- Promote services.
- Maintain and follow up the current client portfolio, while developing new customers.

Qualifications & Experience
Compulsory
- Degree in a technical field, preferably Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of proven sales experience in the monogastric sector within the Spanish market, especially in Layers.




- Knowledge of nutrition, pathology and management areas.

The Following Experience Will Be Considered An Advantage
- Premix and additives companies.
- Pharmaceutical companies.
- Genetic companies.
- Production companies.
- Slaughterhouse and processing companies, particularly with established relationships with market decision-makers.

Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel throughout Spain.

Skills
- Spanish: Native spoken and written.
- English: Professional spoken and written.
