Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Supervisor, Technical Training to oversee training operations at their Valencia facility. The role involves managing trainers and training activities, developing schedules aligned with production needs, and ensuring compliance and quality metrics in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise trainers and training staff; oversee training materials, inventory, and program delivery
- Develop and schedule training activities, screening, and work trials based on production schedules and new product introduction needs
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to trainers and trainees; resolve performance issues




- Prepare and maintain training records for audit compliance; participate in improvement projects and non-conformance investigations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 1 year relevant experience, or 9 years product assembly experience
- Technical diploma with 3 years supervisory experience, or associate's degree with 3 years supervisory experience
- Medical device industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, preferably JDE
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma methodologies
- Full understanding of manufacturing procedures and clean room protocols for medical devices
