Specialist, CESAbout This Role Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Gartner to coordinate requests with Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive. In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Gartner Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems. What you’ll do * Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Gartner Analyst to fulfill the request * Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses * Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs * Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics * Provides executive level customer service * Builds strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Gartner research content What you’ll need * Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios * Strong time management and organizational skills * Analytical mindset * Strong business acumen * Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience Who you are * Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools * Works well in team environment * Growth mindset with self-starter attitude * Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn Who are we?
