Описание: Angelini Pharma is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join its Consumer Healthcare Business Unit in Catalonia (preferably located in Barcelona or the surrounding area). In this role, you won’t just drive results in the field: you’ll help shape our commercial strategy, lead strategic projects such as the commercial policy for independent pharmacies, discount policy and customer contracts, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed its goals. Continuously track and analyze business KPIs (sales, margin, discounts, gross to net) using tools such as Excel and Power BI, translating data into actionable insights and corrective actions. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, compliance, regulatory, and other key teams. Motivate and empower the team through inspirational leadership and a culture of trust and autonomy, balancing empowerment with a strong drive for results. Communicate effectively across teams and functions, ensuring clarity and alignment. Build strong internal and external relationships, including with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
