Finance Transformation Managers specialized in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

to join our

CFO & Enterprise Value

practice within

Strategy & Consulting .
You will lead

functional EPM transformation projects , helping Finance organizations evolve their Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Performance Management capabilities.
Working closely with

CFOs, Finance leaders, FP&A; and Controlling teams , you will analyze business needs, redesign Finance processes, define functional requirements and target solutions, and lead the delivery of EPM transformation programs in collaboration with technology and implementation teams.




This is a

functional Finance Transformation role rather than a technical EPM implementation position . We are looking for professionals who combine strong Finance and EPM functional expertise with consulting, project management, client management, and team leadership capabilities.

What you will do:

Lead

functional EPM transformation projects

across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Performance Management.
Manage EPM projects throughout the transformation lifecycle, from

assessment and requirements definition to functional design, implementation support, testing, adoption, and business readiness .
Work with Finance teams to understand current processes, identify pain points, and define future-state

EPM processes and operating models .
Advise Finance stakeholders on the improvement and standardization of

FP&A;, planning, forecasting, consolida
