What You Will Do
As our Regional Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, you’ll open the market, close deals yourself, and build the team that grows it. Your time will be split between selling and leading. You’ll report directly to our COO.
Sales
Open the UK & Irish market and build a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads through cold outreach
Run demos and sales consultations with maintenance and operations leaders
Own the full sales cycle and close new business (annual contract values of €2–15k)
Hand new customers over to the onboarding team, then cross-sell and upsell to existing clients
Leadership and team growth
Write the UK & Ireland sales playbook, turning early wins into a repeatable approach for the team
Hire, onboard and coach the regional sales team, and set their targets
Lead by example on outreach and closing, and help your team improve their pipeline and win rates
Share market insights with product and marketing to shape how we win in the UK & Ireland
Plan the region’s growth with the COO, from headcount to revenue goals
What You Bring
Proven experience opening a new market in the UK and/or Ireland (must-have), with 5+ years in sales overall
At least 2 years as a sales team lead or manager, including hiring and coaching
