AAA Facility Services is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to help grow and strengthen relationships with our commercial facility maintenance customers.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced account management or B2B sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and working across operations and service teams to deliver solutions for customers.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts while helping identify opportunities for additional services, trades, locations, and long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and key customer contacts.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand services, trades, and geographic coverage within existing accounts.
Conduct customer discovery meetings and regular business reviews.




Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and customer loyalty.
Manage sales opportunities and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
Partner with operations and customer service teams to support successful service delivery.
Assist with contract renewals and customer retention initiatives.
Provide insight into customer needs, market trends, competitors, and pricing.
Support regional and national account growth strategies.
Participate in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For

3-7+ years of B2B sales, strategic account management, or similar experience.
Experience in facility maintenance, construction services, property services, building services, electrical, plumbing, or another service-based industry is preferred.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
