Ideawise, a Europe-focused remote-first venture builder, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to run the backbone of its portfolio. You will own the six service lines—People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Data Services, AI Platform, Systems Administration—leading senior operators and optimizing delivery across ventures.
This is a build role, not a process role, demanding hands-on scale leadership. You report to the COO and shape an AI-native operating layer, with a mandate to create market-standard
