The R oleTotal Rewards Strategy & Des ign Support and evolve the compan y’s general rewards philos ophy across different employee populations and geograph ies.Cond uct market benchmarking initiatives, salary reviews, and compensation anal ysis to maintain competitive position ing.Design and maint ain salary bands, bonus schemes, and incentive struct ures aligned with business go als.Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across international compensation practi ces.
