Join our team as a Trainee, supporting management activities, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic projects in an international environment.
What You'll Do
- Support senior management with projects, initiatives, and day-to-day coordination activities.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect information, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment.
- Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and management materials.
- Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables while proactively following up with owners.
- Support the organisation of meetings, workshops, and management activities.
- Conduct research and prepare concise summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate project-related activities and take ownership of smaller workstreams.




- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage digital and AI tools.

What We're Looking For
- Proactive, organised, and reliable person with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently and following up with different teams.
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to understand the bigger picture.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Interest in business, management, projects, and digital innovation.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- German is a plus.

What We Offer
- 12-month paid internship.
- Hybrid model
- Versátil working hours (start between 08:00 and 09:30).
- 35 working hours per week (7 hours per day).
