Your mission
Acquisition of new advisory mandates:
t
aking independent responsibility for
acquiring
new clients
and
driving business growth
in the Spanish market and for our international business lines
Market Positioning:
Positioning TA Europe in the Spanish real estate market
Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with investors, occupiers, developers, banks, asset managers as well as agents and consultants
Team Collaboration:




Close cooperation with the technical team in Madrid and colleagues from our European TA Europe offices
International Growth:
Developing business opportunities between Spain and other European countries
Your experiences
Professional Expertise:
Extensive experience in one or more of TA Europe's business lines
Client Excellence:
Proven success in client relationships, business development and mandate acquisition within a
consultancy environment;
expertise in driving market and revenue growth
Spanish Market:
Deep understanding of the Spanish market as well as Spanish nationality or strong local ties
Language Skills:
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are an advantage
International Network:
International experience and a
strong network
within the real estate industry, as well as experience as a speaker at industry events
