A typical day You'll spend most of it on the Dutch-speaking Customer Service, advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09 AM 6 PM + 2, saturdays per month, in short: Customer, support + eCommerce + Multichannel, and communication + Problem.
Less often, you'll also solving + Customer Satisfaction.
