rovide technical support to Rolling Stock Reliability Growth activities through train investigations and data analysis.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business
(the team in Factory and Depot),

rovide technical support for troubleshooting to ensure the highest possible levels of train availability and reliability
and much more.




You'll specifically take care of
providing support for technical activities on trains during commissioning, validation and warranty phases, but
also
act as the interface between workshop and factory teams throughout the warranty phase
.
We'll look to you for:
Provide support for technical activities on trains during commissioning, validation and warranty phases.
Act as the interface between workshop and factory teams throughout the warranty phase.
Manage customer complaints related to rolling stock technical issues.
Provide technical support for field modifications and their implementation.
Contribute to Reliability Growth initiatives and Return of Experience activities.
Analyze train failure data logs to identify trends and root causes.
Check and analyze the relevant failure database (Maximo).
Ensure train configuration control and manage the associated technical documentation.
