The second is the Keen ATS, where you will lead the next wave of AI-native features.

Audit what exists, set the direction, and redesign the candidate and employer journeys with engineering: discovery, matching, applying and hiring.Lead innovation in the Keen ATS.
Design new features, from AI pre-screening and candidate pipelines to agentic workflows that plug into a hotel's existing ATS.Own one design system (tokens, components, patterns) shared by the marketplace and the ATS, so engineering ships faster and both feel like one product family.Drive self-serve growth with our Head of Self-Serve Growth and CMO.
