Accountabilities:
Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement Business Intelligence solutions for large healthcare systems.
Develop, configure,



and support data-driven applications leveraging EPIC EMR and industry-standard BI tools.
Participate in system design, interface development, implementation, testing, and deployment activities for analytics and reporting solutions.
Translate healthcare business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve reporting, operational visibility, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business stakeholders, and healthcare professionals, to deliver high-quality BI initiatives.
Perform technical and functional application analysis while identifying opportunities to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
Support ongoing optimization and maintenance of business intelligence solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
