This is a high-impact engineering leadership role focused on building and scaling internal systems that sit at the core of integral commercial operations. You will lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and operating critical backend services and business platforms that power billing, data governance, business systems, and security-related services. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, requiring a strong focus on engineering excellence, delivery accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that internal products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Operating in a globally distributed, open-source-driven environment, you will play a key role in shaping how commercial systems evolve at scale.

Lead and manage a team of software engineers responsible for building and operating internal commercial systems across domains such as billing, business applications, data governance, and security services.
Own the end-to-end delivery of internal products, ensuring high standards of engineering quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Drive the development of backend services and systems (primarily in Go, Python, or Java), ensuring alignment with business and operational needs.
Support the professional growth of engineers through coaching, feedback, and structured development of technical and leadership capabilities.
