This role offers the opportunity to lead critical internal engineering systems that power core commercial operations, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related business platforms. You will manage a high-impact engineering team responsible for building and evolving the systems that enable finance, sales, and operations teams to function effectively at global scale. Acting as both a technical leader and people manager, you will shape architecture, drive delivery, and ensure high engineering standards across business-critical applications. This is a highly collaborative position where you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and efficient system solutions. Accountabilities:




Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of internal commercial systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related platforms.
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their technical growth and career development.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that support business operations across sales, finance, and operations teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and system improvements.
Drive process optimization, system enhancements, and engineering best practices within the commercial systems domain.
Oversee architecture, design decisions, and implementation strategies for CRM and ERP-related systems.
Ensure systems remain compliant, well-integrated, and aligned with organizational goals.
