As a Cloud Products for Non-Profits Support Specialist, you will help charitable and civil society organizations access and manage cloud technology solutions that support their missions. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will combine customer support, cloud operations, sales coordination, and process improvement to deliver an outstanding service experience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with technical, operational, and finance teams while managing cloud licensing, customer inquiries, and service provisioning. Accountabilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer requests related to cloud products, licensing, sales support, and service inquiries.
Process, review,



and maintain cloud product orders while ensuring accurate provisioning and account management.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external service providers to support seamless operations.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance, helping customers select appropriate cloud solutions and resolve product-related questions.
Maintain expertise in Microsoft cloud services and utilize internal platforms to manage customer accounts efficiently.
Support billing, financial reconciliation, and operational reporting related to cloud service activities.
Drive continuous process improvements, contribute to operational excellence initiatives, and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a high-volume customer service, operations, or support environment handling phone and email communications.
