You'll work between business stakeholders, technical leads, and solution architects to define scope and process architecture.What You'll DoDocument current-state business and system integration landscapes; map end-to-end legacy-to-target flows for provisioning, activation, and billingProduce interface catalogues, data dictionaries, business process maps,



and traceability matricesRun requirements workshops with business and technical teams and resolve conflicting prioritiesApply TM Forum eTOM to map processes across domains and define system boundariesWhat You Bring7+ years as a Business Analyst in large telecom carriers, MVNOs, or complex IT transformation programsHands-on OSS/BSS experience (billing, provisioning, order management, CRM)Strong knowledge of TM Forum eTOM and carrier-grade operational governanceExperience working with operator teams in Latin America or North AmericaFluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)What We OfferCompetitive compensation + benefits above statutory requirementsCareer growth and skill developmentCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
