Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:
Contact companies and professionals by telephone.
Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads.
Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.
Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.
Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records.
Accurately document conversations and outcomes.
Represent our clients in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements
