SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking an accomplished Director Early Commitments to lead Adalvo’s Early Strategic Partnering function. This high-impact role will shape a differentiated product portfolio, secure early commitment partners for priority pipeline opportunities, and lead strategic deals from identification and negotiation through contracting and cross-functional handover. The successful candidate will combine commercial insight, scientific understanding, and relationship-building expertise to create lasting value for Adalvo and its partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:
• Build and strengthen Adalvo’s pipeline and portfolioby identifying and executing high-value strategic deals.
• Identify, engage, and secure early commitment partners for priority future pipeline opportunities.




• Develop and implement commercial strategies for new product opportunities and transactions.
• Assess resources, returns, and commercial viability against robust business cases, maximizing value from each selected deal.
• Lead partner selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support effective handovers and monitor the progress of products entering the portfolio.
• Represent Adalvo at partnering meetings and industry events, including planning and executing related business travel.
• Ensure compliance with applicablelegislation, regulations,contractual obligations, and internal policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of Adalvo’s portfolio, technology platforms, market developments, and strategic priorities.
