Oradian is building an AI-powered core banking platform used by financial institutions across emerging markets. Our customers collectively serve more than 25 million end customers, with our platform powering lending, deposits, payments and other critical financial services. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful parts of the banking core and shape the AI-powered tools that allow customers to extend it.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys ownership over process, is comfortable with technical complexity and ambiguity, and wants to shape how AI and core banking come together in a fast-moving scale-up.
? What You Will Own
The banking core. Lending, deposits, payments, accounting and reporting. You will own a set of domains within it rather than the whole core: domains are split across our product managers. Within your domain, you will define which banking products the platform supports natively, own the boundary between standard product, configuration and customer-built extension.
You will be accountable for the roadmap and for the commercial commitments attached to it.
The AI agents. Banks always need something the standard product does not do. Our answer is an extensibility layer where customer-specific logic runs inside the platform, and an AI coding agent that writes that logic and generates the automated tests. You will own the roadmap for this agent and be one of its users. You will build product customisations with it and feed what you learn back into the roadmap.
The two areas reinforce each other, which is why they belong together: the core defines what customers can change, and the agents are how they change it.
