Key Responsibilities
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company’s business activities, website, products, and services comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards
• AML & KYC: Implement, maintain, and monitor AML, KYC, and CDD policies and procedures
• Fraud Monitoring & Prevention: Monitor transactions and user activities, investigate suspicious behavior, identify potential fraud, and implement appropriate preventive measures
• Business Development Support:



Collaborate with management and business development teams to assess the compliance implications of new products, partnerships, services, and market expansion opportunities
• Website Compliance: Regularly review the website, customer onboarding processes, user journeys, and operational practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements
• Data Protection & Privacy: Ensure the appropriate handling and protection of personal and financial data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR where relevant
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance, regulatory, operational, and financial crime risks
• Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and regularly update internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls
