The Team
The EMEA Talent Acquisition team supports hiring across 30 countries, partnering with a wide range of business areas and stakeholders to attract high-calibre talent across the region. The team operates in a fast-paced, international environment where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work.
The TA Research team plays a critical role in A&M;’s growth by identifying and engaging talent for priority hiring campaigns across EMEA. Working closely with recruiters,



hiring managers and senior stakeholders, Researchers provide targeted market intelligence, develop strong talent pipelines and help pinpoint the best candidates for business-critical roles.

How you will contribute
This role is focused on delivering high-quality sourcing and talent mapping to support priority hiring across EMEA. As part of the TA Research team, you will work closely with recruiters and fellow Researchers to support search strategy, build targeted longlists and map relevant talent pools across a range of levels, functions and geographies. You will also share practical talent insights, including candidate availability and relevant competitor activity, to help inform search delivery.
