ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Systems Engineer develops, maintains and supports the firm's new business intake and conflicts applications, related integrations and reporting solutions.
The role translates approved business requirements into tested workflows, integration rules and reports; resolves production issues; and maintains documentation needed for reliable ongoing support.
The senior engineer assesses how changes affect connected systems and coordinates implementation with business owners, EAI colleagues, other IT teams and vendors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Essential Duties and Responsibilities New Business Intake and Conflicts applications Configure,



develop and maintain Intapp Open implement approved corrections and validate that affected workflows operate as intended.
Provide technical support for Intapp Walls, including Legal Hold and Confidential Matter functionality.
Configure and test approved rules and changes with Information Governance and other authorized business owners.
Assess the effects of application and reference-data changes on connected systems, including intake, records management, finance, HR and business development.
Identify dependencies and coordinate testing with affected teams.
Integration investigate failed runs, missing data and mapping errors.
Restore processing through approved recovery procedures and validate results in the receiving system.
Maintain error handling, logging and alerting for assigned processes.
Document safe restart and reprocessing steps to reduce duplicate or incomplete transactions.
