To support our next stage of growth in Spain, we are looking for an Account Executive to help accelerate revenue with strategic e-commerce brands.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in complex B2B sales cycles, enjoys working with senior decision-makers, and brings strong commercial discipline in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close, including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, forecasting, and post-sale handoff.
• Build and develop your own pipeline while prioritizing the highest-potential inbound, outbound, SDR-generated, and network-driven opportunities.
• Understand prospects’ business models, logistics setup, e-commerce stack, pain points, decision criteria, and growth ambitions to run consultative sales cycles.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals with senior decision-makers, balancing technical, operational, pricing, legal, and contractual topics.
• Position Bigblue as a strategic logistics and operations partner by designing strong,



realistic proposals with Operations, RevOps, Finance, and Legal.
• Develop the Spanish market by building relationships with e-commerce brands, founders, operators, partners, and ecosystem players.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Sales leadership, Product, Operations, Onboarding, and Account Management to improve targeting, conversion, positioning, and handovers.
• Contribute to sales excellence through rigorous CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, playbook improvements, best-practice sharing, and ownership of recurring blockers.

Requirements ?
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets as an individual contributor.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and senior/C-level decision-makers, including tender management.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling: discovery, qualification, objection handling
