The Platform Partnerships team drives merchant acquisition through indirect, scalable distribution channels. We are currently looking for a Partner Development Manager to develop and manage partnerships across Spain and Portugal. In this highly commercial and hands-on role, you will identify, develop, and manage partnerships that generate new merchant opportunities and accelerate our growth across both the SMB and Enterprise segments.

Job Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and prospecting potential strategic partners across Spain and Portugal, building a strong and diversified partner pipeline
• Developing relationships with decision-makers across technology platforms, software providers, agencies, integrators,



and other ecosystem partners
• Building and executing joint go-to-market initiatives, including referrals, integrations, co-selling, events, and other commercial activities
• Working with internal Product and Technical teams to facilitate integrations and ensure partnerships are successfully launched
• Taking partnerships from initial conversation through to launch, and growing the commercial value of existing relationships
• Represent Antom and MultiSafepay at relevant industry events, conferences and partner meetings

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within payments, tech, or retail and travel platforms
• Strong business development & B2B platform partnerships knowledge
• The ability to understand new technology and communicate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders
