About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to join the NIVEA Analytics & Men Category team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in brand management within one of the world's leading skincare brands. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the team in the development and execution of marketing plans, product launches, consumer campaigns, and business analysis, while working closely with cross‑functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Management Support
Assist in the execution of the annual brand plan and marketing initiatives.
Support the development and launch of new products and innovations.
Coordinate packaging, artwork, and communication materials.
Prepare presentations and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Consumer & Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales performance, market share,



and category dynamics.
Support the preparation of business reviews and performance reports.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to action plans.
- Campaign & Communication Execution
Support the implementation of 360° marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and point of sale.
Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies.
Track campaign performance and consolidate results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams.
Support budget tracking and administrative processes.
Assist in coordinating projects with international and local stakeholders.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing or a related field.
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
