Collaborate with international team members to share insights and improve service workflows

Stay updated on product or service knowledge to provide precise and helpful information to end-users
Requirements




Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for the customer support services industry
Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in Athens
Comfortable navigating digital tools and customer relationship management software
A proactive attitude and a desire to excel in a fast-paced professional setting
