Following our growth and expansion strategy, we are looking to strengthen our team by incorporating a Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and credit notes, ensuring their correct accounting treatment.
• Record, allocate, and reconcile customer payments.
• Review customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies and issues in coordination with the Sales and Treasury teams.
• Monitor credit limits and assess credit risk before releasing orders, in accordance with established procedures and authorization levels.
• Support credit insurance management and the preparation of documentation relating to bad debts and payment defaults.




• Prepare customer-related information required for month-end and year-end closing processes and audits.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue receivables.

Required Profile

• Higher vocational qualification in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections management, and credit risk monitoring.
• Good command of Excel and English, with the ability to communicate with customers and subsidiaries.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and credit insurance will be considered an advantage.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage payment collection requests and disputes.
