Focused mainly on innovation, we provide a unique customer relationship ecosystem and are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis.
• Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
• Provide effort estimations for projects.
• Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
• Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.
• Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
• Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.

Requirements & Experience





• +2 years of proven hands-on experience working in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, working in coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Core Cloud Knowledge: Solid, proven experience working with different Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community).
• Methodology: Strong experience working under Agile methodology frameworks.
• Language Skills: Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)

• Experience in Business or Process consulting is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to other Salesforce ecosystem Clouds is highly welcome.
