We are looking for a driven and adaptable International Recruiter (m/f/d) to drive talent acquisition across all areas of our business—from core Tech and Product teams to key Business, Operations, and Corporate functions.
The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded talent acquisition background,
combining generalist international recruitment experience with a strong grasp of the tech talent market. You will play a strategic role in shaping our integral teams, partnering closely with leadership, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Your role in BizAway
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of both tech and non-tech roles across international markets.
• Drive sourcing and hiring for specialized Engineering, Product, and Data positions while maintaining strong pipelines for commercial and operational roles.
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert passive top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, events, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Strategic business partnering: serve as the primary TA contact for global Hiring Managers, advising on talent market dynamics, interviewing best practices, and offer strategies.
