At Resizes, we help companies get the most out of the cloud. We're a Platform Engineering company with an agentic platform for cloud-native environments. We're building our commercial engine and are looking for the person to lead it.
About the role:
You'll work hand in hand with Isabel (GTM), Guille (CEO) and Roberto (CFO) to lead lead-generation and sales. We are looking for an experienced person who takes real ownership of the commercial process. You'll turn it into a repeatable system, run it and grow it.
This role is a place to build and stay, not a stepping stone to an Account Executive seat. It's for you if you love generating business and want to own the outbound process. The business you generate will fund your own team, and you'll lead it. The impact is direct and there's no ceiling. If things go to plan, that team could be closer than you think.
What you'll do:
• Design, own and run the outbound process: cold calling, multi-channel cadences, sequences and continuous experimentation.
• Generate a consistent, qualified pipeline.
• Record product demo videos.
• Open and manage opportunities alongside Isabel and Roberto, and support the sales cycle through to close.
• Document everything you do, so the team you build next can repeat it.
• Propose and test any idea you have. You have full freedom to make the process your own.
What we're looking for:
• 2–3 years as an SDR/BDR in consultative (not transactional) B2B tech sales.
• You love business generation and cold calling, and you want to build and lead the outbound process. Moving into an Account Executive role isn't the goal: your growth path here is building and running your own team.
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure…) and an understanding of its concepts and benefits. You don't need to be an engineer, but our product is technical, so you need to hold your own with a technical customer.
• You're comfortable cold calling and building multi-channel cadences.
