THE ROLE





We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Designer who combines creativity with technical expertise and a strong understanding of how physical products are manufactured.

You'll take ideas from early concepts through design, prototyping, testing, and production-ready specifications, working closely with our team and international manufacturing partners.

Our adecuado candidate has significant experience with soft goods, particularly backpacks, bags, technical textiles, outdoor equipment, or wearable accessories.

You'll have substantial ownership over your projects, the freedom to propose innovative solutions, and the responsibility to ensure your designs are functional, manufacturable, and commercially viable.
