Position summary:

The Learning Experience Consultant forms part of TransPerfect´s Client Services team supporting our Training & Digital Learning Solutions business line, and is responsible for shaping, delivering and implementing learning strategies that align clients´ business goals with effective, engaging learning experiences while supporting sustainable and profitable growth for the organization. Acting as both a consultant and creative lead, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to diagnose performance needs and identify the most effective learning approaches across modalities, formats, and technologies to drive capability development.

The Consultant focuses on engagements involving experience design, multimodal learning strategies, and continuous improvement. Solutions are designed to be scalable, measurable, and grounded in how people actually learn and perform at work, ensuring meaningful and lasting impact on our clients’ organizational performance.

What you´ll do:

Learning Strategy & Solution Design:





• Partner with clients & stakeholders to diagnose business and performance needs.
• Define measurable learning objectives, and shape engaging, results-driven solutions.
• Apply modern instructional design and adult learning principles to create impactful, inclusive, and accessible learning experiences across digital, instructor-led, virtual and blended formats, leveraging simulations, experiential learning, performance support, and coaching, as appropriate.

Client Partnership & Project Delivery:

• Lead collaborative workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, refine ideas, and build consensus.
• Develop Content Maps to validate learning flow and design direction before development.
• Guide solutions from concept to delivery, coordinating creative, technology, production, and operations teams to ensure quality and timely execution.

• Use learner feedback, performance data and evaluation insigh
