Job description

The destination director should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients,



enhance the company´s image and meet or exceed overall objectives

• Position Summary and Responsibilities

o Overseeing day-to-day operations of the business
o Implementing, monitoring and ensuring company policies.
o Ensuring safety for staff and clients and excellent customer service.
o Hiring, training, monitoring and motivating multi-national staff.
o Ensuring the fulfillment of all legal and tax requirements.
o Supervising the company requirements in financial and accounting area.
o Allocating and complying budgets and targets in coordination with the Regional Director and CFO.

Skills and Experience
o Degree in Business Management or MBA.
o Strong leadership qualities.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Proven team management and development skills.
o Highly organized and proactive nature.
o Bilingual in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
o Knowledge of water sports and boats is a plus.
