What's the Job?

As the Assistant Head of Outlets, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the hotel's F&B; operations, with a primary focus on afternoon and evening shifts. Reporting directly to the Head of Outlets and Director of F&B;, you will ensure consistency across all outlets, coordinate operational priorities, and provide guidance and support to Outlet and Restaurant Managers.



From managing complex guest situations to supporting high-volume events, you will help drive operational excellence, team performance, and an outstanding guest experience.

Your Day-to-Day

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all F&B; outlets, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence.
• Coordinate Outlet and Restaurant Managers, aligning priorities, staffing needs, and service delivery across outlets.
• Ensure effective communication between outlets, facilitating information sharing and smooth handovers between shifts.
• Support managers and supervisors in operational decision-making, team leadership, and complex situations.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Banquets, Front Office, Quality, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support Banquets during evening services and high-volume event
