Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with strong experience in tech hiring to join our People team and take ownership of Talent Acquisition across Qualifyze, partnering with stakeholders across our business. You’ll be touch the full recruitment cycle and areas

The challenge? Going beyond filling roles. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers,



combining your recruitment expertise with data and market insights to shape hiring strategies in collaboration with the Head of People, , challenge assumptions and attract the right talent.

You’ll also have the autonomy to improve how we hire, from optimising processes and enhancing the candidate experience to exploring new sourcing approaches and strengthening our employer brand. We’re looking for someone proactive and hands-on who enjoys navigating change and balancing hiring delivery.

You’ll be part of a People team of seven, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Intern.
